Your self-contained apartment includes a fitted kitchenette with hob, microwave/grill combination, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The kitchenette also includes crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking pans and utensils plus a king size bed with 2000 pocket sprung mattress, iron, ironing board, safe. Hairdryer, towels, white company toiletries, HD TV and telephone.

We’re completely flexible, whether you wish to stay 6, 8 or 12 months – the choice is yours. Monthly, flexible bookings with a minimum of 6 months available.

Unlike most of our other locations, IconInc @ Roomzzz Leeds City West includes a washing machine/dryer in each apartment and is included in your rent. Dry cleaning is also available at an extra charge.
