    Construction to start in May on The Ascent in Rope Walk District


    This week, we have announced that we are set to expand IconInc’s luxury student accommodation into Liverpool.

    Building on the success of IconInc’s launch in Leeds in September 2015 with The Edge, which instantly hit national headlines dubbed as “Britain's most luxurious student digs”, we are expanding our offering of high-end student living across the North. Due to open to students in September 2017, The Ascent will be ideally situated between both universities with in the Rope Walk district of Liverpool.

    The Ascent is a 12 storey high development, valued at £24m, which will include 192 luxury self-catering student apartments and provide boutique hotel-like living 365 days of the year with en-suite bathrooms, plush double and king beds, a flat screen TV, super high-speed Wi-Fi and all-inclusive utility bills.

     

    The award-winning design, all-inclusive facilities and cutting edge technology has revolutionised student living and includes an on-site gym with personal trainers, a cinema room, a games zone, continental daily breakfast, study rooms, self-service pantry and 24hr concierge. Tenants can choose from a range of optional extras including professional cleaning, daily fresh fruit delivery, kitchen equipment, luxury Egyptian cotton towels and bedding hand-picked by IconInc’s interior designers.

    The Ascent, our second IconInc development, will optimise luxury with additional facilities to its first development – there be will a themed music room, inspired by renowned Liverpool artists, along with the addition of a sauna and steam room.

    The excellence in design at IconInc has recently been recognised with a Northern Design Award for Best Interior Design Concept as judges were impressed with the bespoke interiors, striking wall graphics, slick design and bespoke furniture and fittings.

    The management team behind IconInc is the Parklane Group, Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year Bronze Award winner, and has a number of divisions including Roomzzz, an aparthotel chain with locations across the UK, and Parklane Properties, the largest independent landlord in Leeds.
