Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Maintenance Assistant to join our awesome team at Gravity in Lincoln. This is a permanent, part-time position (25 hours a week), and we’re all about flexibility, so we hope you are too!

What You’ll Be Doing:

·         Fix-It Guru: Tackle minor repairs and maintenance tasks with a smile, as directed by our Team Manager.

·         Add Some Color: Dive into painting and redecorating to keep our spaces looking fresh and vibrant.

·         Customer Hero: Respond quickly and efficiently to tenant needs, making their stay with us even better.

·         Time Management Pro: Ensure every task is completed on schedule and to our high standards.

·         Be Proactive: Spot any maintenance work that needs doing – even the stuff we haven’t noticed yet!

·         Flat Turnaround Expert: Help clear out newly vacant flats and get them ready for the next resident.

·         Emergency Responder: Be on call for any urgent repairs – because we know life happens.

·         Team Player: Jump in and help out with any other reasonable requests from Management.
