Mar, '19Everyone loves pancakes, right? Because there’s so many ways to enjoy them! I wish I could eat pancakes every day. So when Pancake Day came around this week I gathered a group of friends and we had so much fun in the [mega kitchen](https://www.iconinc.co.uk/locations/liverpool-the-ascent/whats-included) making and eating our body weight in pancakes. Whipping up a storm

Then we realised that we didn’t own any scales…the powers of our judgement would be crucial to the success of the pancakes! After chucking everything in and hoping for the best, the batter looked in a somewhat ready state to get cooking.
