The 12-storey development is a brand new, luxury way to enjoy your university years. At a value of £24m, the building will boast 192 luxury apartments with en suite bathrooms, double and king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and high-speed internet. Anyone. So long as you are a registered student at one of Liverpool’s universities, you can apply to live at The Ascent.How much is it?

Liverpool ONE is only half a mile away from The Ascent, so you’ll have a much shorter trip to the shops than shopping fanatics from across the country, who flock to the modern development for a spot of retail therapy.
